Q: Can I have the product packing box customized?


We Provide customize services on orders over 1000 pieces.

Q: Can I choose the freight forwarding agent?


Our default shipping option is UPS/DHL. If you prefer other freight forwarding services, please specify before shipping.

Q: What are payment methods?

We accept Paypal & Bank transfer currently. 30% advance payment are required to confirm an order and the balance needs to be paid before shipping. 

Q: What's our available freight forwarding agent?

DHL, TNT, EMS, and UPS,etc.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the products?

Product samples will be shipped in 1-3 working days.

Bulk orders will be shipped in 3-7 working days according to the quantity which normally takes about 7-15 days.

OEM&ODM orders will be shipped in 7-15 working days after the sample is confirmed by both sides. Usually, it takes about 7-15 days to delivery.

Q: How to order?

1. Please tell us your preferred specifications such as the flavors, capacity, quantity and the nicotine strength.

2. We will e-mail you the Proforma Invoice for order confirmation.

3. The order will be arranged after deposit prepaid.

4. Ship the goods after the balance be paid, then tracking number will be sent by email.

5. We will help to track your goods until you receive them safely.
